Main responsibilities


1. Undertake research on foreign labor and social security systems, policies and experiences, and conduct research on negotiation and signing of employment and social security agreements. Undertaking policy developments of international organizations such as the International Labour Oraanization Research and international labor standards, methods and technologies, and carry out scientific research exchanges and cooperation in the field of international labor and social security. 

2. Undertake research on basic theories, macro strategies, medium and long-term development plans, legislation and law enforcement of labor and social security. 

3. Undertake research on employment and entrepreneurship, human resources, career development and skills development. 

4. Undertake research on social security system, policy, fund management and supervision, handling service capacity and technical standard system construction. 

5. Responsible for the management of China labor society, China social insurance society and National Technical Committee for standardization of fixed personnel. 

6. We will formulate and implement plans for the development of labor and social security scientific research, and promote the construction of disciplines, scientific research personnel, and scientific research bases. 

7. Develop and utilize labor and social security data resources, and carry out research on policy simulation, big data methods and technologies, actuarial technology and model software. 

8. Promote the promotion and application of scientific research achievements in labor and social security, and be responsible for the management of literature information, scientific research websites and professional journals.

9. Undertake research on labor relations, labor standards, labor and personnel dispute handling, labor security supervision, etc. 

10. Undertake research on macro-control of wage income distribution, enterprise compensation and labor cost management.
